Terms of Service

Wyllie is an AI interview and career coaching tool. It helps you prepare tailored answers, generate career materials, and create mock-interview practice reels from the information you provide. It is a practice and creativity aid delivered as a subscription.

Wyllie is not a recruitment agency, headhunter, staffing business or employment bureau. We do not:

• —apply to jobs, submit your CV to employers, or contact employers on your behalf;
• —match, place, or introduce you to any specific employer or vacancy;
• —run background checks on real employers or candidates;
• —handle payroll, referral fees, or any employment-related funds.

We do not provide employment-law, contract, salary-negotiation, immigration, visa or work-permit advice. Any such content is general information only, not professional advice, and we do not guarantee that you will be shortlisted, interviewed or hired.

You must be at least 13 to use Wyllie. Users aged 13 to 17 must have consent from a parent or guardian. By using the service you confirm you meet these requirements and that the information in your account is accurate.

• —Keep your account credentials secure and do not share your subscription.
• —Enter truthful information about your own experience — do not fabricate qualifications or credentials.
• —Review every AI-generated fact, claim and permission before you use or publish it.
• —Use the service only for lawful purposes, in line with our Acceptable Use Policy.

Plans are billed in US dollars through our payment processor on a recurring monthly or yearly basis until cancelled. Your monthly quota is service usage only; it is not credit, not a stored balance, cannot be withdrawn, and does not roll over. Prices and plan contents may change with reasonable notice for future billing periods.

You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

You keep ownership of the content you input and the materials you generate for yourself. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs to deliver the service, as set out in our Content License. The Wyllie name, software and templates remain our property.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuited to a specific role. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for hiring outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
