Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for Wyllie subscriptions. All amounts are in US dollars.

01Subscriptions

Wyllie is sold as a recurring subscription. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Your monthly usage allowance is not credit or a stored balance; unused allowance is not refundable and does not carry over.

02When you can request a refund

  • If you were charged in error, or charged again after cancelling, contact us and we will correct it.
  • If a technical fault on our side prevented you from using a paid feature and we could not resolve it, contact us within 14 days of the charge.
  • Where a statutory right to a refund or cooling-off period applies in your country, that right is honoured.

03Generated materials and reels

Because answers, materials and practice reels are generated on demand, we prioritise regenerating output you are unhappy with rather than issuing a cash refund for already-delivered generations. Tell us what fell short and we will help you redo it.

04How to request

Email support@allwylcon.shop from the address on your account with your name and the approximate date of the charge. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor.

05Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a formal dispute. We reserve the right to respond to chargebacks with our records of the subscription and usage.
